SPECIFIERS -
If you and your client want Origins
Partitions, please read the following suggestions:
1. Verify partition
pricing is appropriate for client before specifying.
2. When writing the spec's, the following should
be included if Yemm & Hart Origins Partitions are end up installed
on the project:
a. 100% post-consumer recycled
polyethylene.
b. Origins Color Name
and Color Number.
c. Contact Name & Numbers -

3. For best results Notify Yemm & Hart when they have been
specified for a project.
4. For best results Notify Yemm & Hart who the General Contractor
or Project Manager is for the project.
5. Specifications that are clearly written are
appreciated (see examples).
6. Sales terms are typical for custom made products.
7. Submittal samples will be 2" x 4" or 6" x 6"
as requested for the color
indicated in the specifications.
Complete sample swatch (2" x 4") sets
are not sent to contractors.
Without adhering to the above suggestions, GCs or Division 10
Subcontractors may
make a substitution, not discovered until it is too late. |
