NOTE TO
SPECIFIERS -
If you and your client want Origins Partitions,
then you are asked to comply with the following:
1. Verify partition
pricing is appropriate for client before specifying.
2. When writing the spec's, the following must
be included if Yemm & Hart is to quote the project:
a. 100% post-consumer recycled
polyethylene.
b. Origins Color Name
and Color Number.
c. Contact Name & Numbers -

3. Notify Yemm & Hart when they have been
specified for a project.
4. Notify Yemm & Hart who the General Contractor
or Project Manager is for the project.
5. Specifications that are clearly written are
appreciated (see examples).
6. Sales terms are 10% for shop drawings, 40% to mix
and press panels, 40% to ship ready to install, 10% after successful
installation.
7. Submittal samples will be 6" x 6" for the color
indicated in the specifications.
Under no circumstances will
complete sample swatch (2" x 4") sets be sent to contractors.
Without adhering to the above requirements, the Division 10
Subcontractor (who contacts Yemm & Hart for pricing) will invariably
make a substitution. The architect and building owner don't discover the
substitution until after the partitions are installed which normally is
immediately before gaining the building occupancy permit. To keep costs
down, Yemm & Hart will not quote projects that do not include the above
information. . |
